This spring, our season of giving took on powerful meaning as Mackenzie joined the British Dyslexia Association’s awareness march in London — a heartfelt event dedicated to shining a light on dyslexia and championing neurodiversity.
The march drew inspiring advocates from across the country, including celebrity chef Jamie Oliver, whose own experiences with dyslexia have made him a passionate voice for change. But for Mackenzie, the day carried an even deeper personal significance.
He was joined by three generations of his own family: his son and grandson, who, like Mackenzie, are dyslexic.
“It was emotional walking with my son and grandson,” Mackenzie shared. “It’s a reminder that our differences make us stronger, and together, we can break down barriers for future generations.”
The event was not only a step forward in raising public awareness, but a touching moment of solidarity — a living example of how shared challenges can unite families and communities alike.
As we move forward this season, we continue to celebrate stories like Mackenzie’s — stories of resilience, connection, and the belief that change starts when we walk together.
